Shipping
We ship nationwide across the Philippines. Shipping is complimentary on orders over ₱2,500; a flat rate applies below that, shown at checkout.
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days and typically arrive within 2–5 business days via our trusted couriers. You'll receive tracking once your order ships.
Returns & exchanges
Changed your mind? Unworn pieces in their original box can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is arranged with our team — just message us first.
Please note: personalised initial pieces (Pavé and Séloria letters) are made to order and cannot be returned, so double-check your letter before ordering.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
