What is your jewellery made of?
Every piece is genuine 925 sterling silver, hallmarked S925, and set with GRA-certified moissanite. Colour pieces use natural carnelian, black onyx and mother-of-pearl.
Is it real silver, and will it tarnish?
Yes — solid 925 sterling silver, not plated base metal. It is tarnish-resistant and keeps its shine with normal wear. Store it dry, away from perfume, and wipe with a soft cloth.
Is the jewellery hypoallergenic?
Yes. 925 sterling silver is gentle on sensitive skin and nickel-safe, so it is comfortable for everyday wear.
Is the moissanite certified?
Yes — our moissanite is GRA-certified and independently graded for brilliance.
How do I choose my ring size?
Rings come in US sizes 6–9. Measure a ring you already wear on that finger, or message us on Instagram (@velouraphbytm) and we'll help.
How long does shipping take?
We ship nationwide, free over ₱2,500. Orders dispatch within 1–2 business days and arrive in about 2–5 days.
What payment methods do you accept?
GCash, Maya, GrabPay, bank transfer (BDO), major cards, and Cash on Delivery.
Do you accept returns?
Unworn pieces can be returned within 14 days. Personalised initial pieces are made to order and non-returnable — please double-check your letter before ordering.
Does it come gift-ready?
Every order arrives in a Veloura PH box, ready to give. Add a note at checkout and we'll keep the invoice out of the parcel.
