Caring for your jewellery
- Put jewellery on last, after perfume and lotion.
- Keep it dry — remove before swimming, showering or sleeping.
- Wipe gently with a soft cloth after wear.
- Store in the Veloura box, away from other pieces.
Tarnish & shine
Our 925 sterling silver is tarnish-resistant, but natural silver can dull over time with exposure to moisture and chemicals. A soft polishing cloth brings the shine right back.
Warranty
Every piece is backed against manufacturing defects. If a clasp, setting or finish fails under normal wear, message us with your order number and photos and we'll make it right.
Warranty covers craftsmanship — not accidental damage, loss, or normal wear over time.
